William L. Kutmus has been an attorney for over 35 years, concentrating in the area of criminal defense. Mr. Kutmus has been listed in the "Best Lawyers in America" in the field of criminal defense since 1987. Mr. Kutmus is recognized as one of the leading criminal defense attorneys in the Midwest. Trever T. Hook has been an attorney since 1995. Mr. Hook has been in private practice in the Des Moines area since 1997 with numerous criminal and civil trials. In criminal matters Mr. Hook has tried first degree murder cases, various sex abuse cases, drug cases, as well as misdemeanor cases including OWI charges. In civil matters Mr. Hook has handled cases for individuals with various injuries including traffic and motorcycle accident cases, truck accident cases, cases involving medical issues, and wrongful death issues. Mr. Hook handles criminal and civil cases in both the State and Federal system. Mr. Hook also handles cases involving injuries sustained at work.
